How can the system be customized?
You can select the facial databases you want to use, including your company’s photos of customers, VIPs and/or persons of interest, law enforcement wanted lists and other public databases, and the databases of other companies in our network. Add and delete individual records at will.
You can also configure your alerting preferences, and change them as needed. Choose the schedule, recipients (loss prevention staff, on-duty scheduler, local police, etc.) and delivery system — e-mail, SMS, MMS, cash register alerts or log-only.
What type of photos will and won't work with the system?
The system requires reasonably sharp black-and-white or color photos showing the full face. Because the system must determine the position of both eyes, profile shots are not acceptable.
Can our security staff take cell phone pictures of suspects and send them to FaceFirst for a database match?
Yes.
Can we import our company's photo database of faces into the system?

What other types of facial databases will I have access to through this system?
